Made from handpicked organic grapes of 19-year-old vines. It's described as a distinctive blend of noble white varietals, combining the acidity of the northern style with the Mediterranean crispness.
TASTING NOTES
- Eye: Clear pale-yellow robe, medium-bodied.
- Nose: A festival of aromas, including a bouquet of exotic white fruits, pineapple, and citrusy zest.
- Palate: Bright acidity with mouth-watering citrus pith. It’s recommended to be paired with fresh flavors to enhance dishes ranging from a simple crisp salad to grilled fish and seafood. Best served at around 9°C to fully enjoy this distinctive white wine.
