Aurora – Village 2021

Sourcing, Vineyard, and Winemaking: •The Village is produced from the blended vines of the Aurora Vineyard in Batroun district in North Lebanon, where vines are planted at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level. •The yield is tightly controlled and the practice is eco-friendly/organic with no or low fertilizers and pest control practices. •Grapes are handpicked, de-stemmed, and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25°C. •The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until initial fermentation is complete, then it is bottled 2 years after harvest and aged in the bottle a further year before release. •All products used at the winery are organic, including the yeasts used for fermentation.
